Fais Group has launched an innovative space, providing city dwellers and visitors a place to get in touch with nature, meet friends to exchange ideas and taste organic food. It took a good five years to develop, while keeping true to permaculture principles. 

“Perivoli in Vari”, spread within 4 hectares of green space, is a small urban farm right on the out-skirts of Athens, offering its visitors a small break in nature, without leaving the city limits. Cultivated according to the principles of permaculture, “Perivoli” has dynamically emerged as the ideal spot for a relaxing wellness break.  

Its farm-to-fork restaurant prepares daily dishes with ingredients from the certified organic plots that surround it, grassfed meats from small free-range herds and artisanal products from the small local greek producers.
